University College Hospital Ibadan Announces the Appointment of Mr. Kolawole Akintunji Oyeyemi as its 9th Director of Administration & Secretary to the Board of Management
The University College Hospital Ibadan wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. Kolawole Akintunji Oyeyemi as the 9th Director of Administration & Secretary to the Board of Management, effective from January 10th, 2024. This appointment follows the approval of the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Dr. Mohammed Ali Pate.
Born on July 15, 1966, in Ogbomoso South Local Government Area, Oyo State, Mr. Oyeyemi brings a wealth of experience and academic achievements to his new role. His educational journey includes obtaining a B.Sc. (ED) in Economics from Ogun State University, a B.Sc. in Public Administration from Lead City University, and a Masters of Information Science (M.Inf.) from the University of Ibadan.
Mr. Oyeyemi, who started his career in the Computer Unit in 1990, has demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership, rising through various roles, including Administrative Officer II, Deputy Director of Administration, and Head of the Hospital Services Department.
His professional affiliations include being a Fellow at the Leadership and Management Institute (LEMAI-UK), Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), Member of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (MNITAD), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personal Management of Nigeria (ACIPM), Associate of the Institute of Health Service Administrators of Nigeria (AHAN), and Member of the Nigeria Computer Society (MNCS).
Known for his excellence in Performance Management, Mr. Oyeyemi is committed to collaborating with the Chief Medical Director to achieve the hospital’s Shared Vision for Excellence.
Mr. Oyeyemi is happily married to Mrs. Mojisola Margaret Oyeyemi, and their union is blessed with children.
